Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as opened baits, baits, etc.

Shipping charges are not refundable in refunds unless it is due to product defects or wrong items shipped.
